GENEROUS DONORS AND SUPPORTORS

Morgridge College of Education (MCE) is grateful for the support of our donors, friends, alumni, faculty and staff. Thanks to the generous support, the College is able to continue to pursue our mission of responsible and innovative change through research, outreach and the dissemination of knowledge. Together, we can make a positive impact on our community, policy and the world.

Carrie and John Morgridge, Morgridge Family Foundation

The Morgridge Family Foundation has been instrumental in supporting the College’s focus on technology innovations in the classroom. From SMARTboards, to telepresence, to sponsoring MCE’s annual ShareFair—their contribution continues to drive innovation in classroom technology in teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Donne and Sue Fisher

Long-time supporters of the University whose generosity named Fisher Early Learning Center at its inception, the Donne and Sue Fisher have demonstrated their ongoing visionary commitment to young children through an endowed scholarship fund. The scholarship is intended to have a lasting impact on the youngest and most vulnerable population in our society by addressing their educational needs from two sides – preparing more professionals for careers in early childhood education and increasing access for more young children.

Michael, Joan, Katherine and Chris Ruffatto

With a gift from the Ruffattos, Morgridge College of Education has been able to further our mission for Inclusive Excellence, becoming the leading college on DU’s campus to carry out the mission.

Cydney and Tom Marsico Family Foundation

To further our commitment to early childhood literacy and learning through research and outreach, the gift from the Cydney and Tom Marsico Family Foundation has contributed greatly to the creation and success of the Marsico Institute.

James C. Kennedy

The Kennedy Institute for Educational Success is a recent addition to Morgridge College of Education made possible by the gift from James C. Kennedy.
