ricks-logoLocated on the University of Denver campus and affiliated with the Morgridge College of Education, the Ricks Center for Gifted Children provides nationally recognized gifted education to approximately 250 students who demonstrate exceptional, differentiated abilities and learning needs. The Ricks Center for Gifted Children:

  • Anticipates and responds to the individual, intellectual, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic and cognitive needs of gifted children in a dynamic and challenging educational environment
  • Personalizes the education of each student (ranging in age from three years to 8th grade) in the context of a community built around an intellectual peer group
  • Accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCACASI)
