Tech Support_2The Morgridge College of Education provides state of the art technologies for faculty, staff, and students. In order to keep these technologies running at the optimal level the college employes a full time technical support team. This team supports faculty and students by providing classroom technology support, maintaining the college’s computer labs, supporting the colleges web presence, providing event AV support, managing the colleges software and licensing, and much more.

(Winter Quarter Hours 2015)
Monday- Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED


Does the college check out equipment to faculty, staff and students?

The college has an array of equipment that faculty staff and students can check out. They may check out any item for up to 3 days. Late returns or stolen items may result in your degree being with held or fines.

Primary Responsibilities: Oversees all Morgridge College of Education events. Provide technical support, identifying audio visual requirements including, consulting and operating equipment, deploying event technologies. Supervises and manages Student Lab monitors and Classroom Technology Technician positions. Responsible for classroom technology and building hardware support, planning, and inventory.
