Make it Happen

The goal of the Make it Happen project is to increase healthy eating and physical activity among high-poverty, rural/frontier students and school staff. This health equity project builds on existing partnerships between CRSHE and 27 school districts. Districts implement portions of their community-informed, data-driven comprehensive health and wellness plans. CRSHE provides grant management, professional development and technical assistance to school districts.
