Rebuilding the Arkansas Valley Foodshed

The goal of this project is to reinvigorate the regional foodshed of southeastern Colorado to provide residents with healthy food, economic opportunity, and a tangible sense of connectedness and community. It engages food producers, food system partners and consumers in promoting the consumption of locally produced foods.
