Working to Improve School Health, or WISH, is a partnership between CRSHE and 29 rural school districts in the San Luis Valley and southeastern Colorado. School districts participate in a community-engaged strategic planning process called AIM (Assess, Identify, Make It Happen) to create comprehensive health and wellness plans aligned with the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) Model.
