To be included in the 2027-2028 lottery, a completed application and application fee must be submitted in FACTS before the end of the day on February 12, 2027.

Application/Enrollment Timeline
November 2, 2026 through February 12, 2027: Lottery applications for the 2027-2028 school year will be accepted through FACTS.
A $150 Application fee must accompany each application. Applications must be submitted online by the end of the day on February 12, 2027
Friday, February 12: Application window closes for 2027-2028 school year
Mid-February: Lottery numbers assigned
Early March: First round of admission for the new school year
Lottery families are contacted regarding available spots. Families are offered an enrollment spot via phone call and/or email, based on lottery numbers and classroom vacancies, and are given two business days to accept or decline placement. To accept a classroom spot for a child, a $750 Enrollment fee is required to reserve the spot for the 2027-2028 school year. This fee represents a $250 non-refundable Enrollment Fee + $500 non-refundable Tuition Deposit Credit, applied June 1, 2028 to the enrolled child’s tuition. A second round of admission will be offered for any remaining spots.
Mid-March: Families not offered spots will be notified by email. The lottery list then becomes a waiting list for the upcoming school year and families will be contacted should any spots become available.
Late March: Acceptance letters are sent with enrollment process information, required paperwork, important dates, and Financial Aid Applications sent.
Early April: Financial Aid applications due
Mid-April: 2027-2028 Classroom rosters available
Late-April: Financial Aid award letters sent
Monday, April 26: Completed Enrollment paperwork due

Monday, June 7: Deadline to accept tuition payment plan on FACTS
