Faculty & Staff
Our staff have expertise in using empirically-based research to develop, implement, and evaluate programs, products, and services for the early childhood field. In our efforts to contribute to the knowledge base, we collaborate in teams, generate publications and presentations for a wide variety of audiences, apply quantitative and qualitative methods to answer questions relevant to the early childhood learning and development, and continuously work to grow as professionals. While staff have a wide range of research interests, working at the Marsico Institute for Early Learning under the leadership of Drs. Clements and Sarama has focused extensive efforts on the development of children's mathematical thinking and instructional strategies and experiences that support this development through teaching and technology.
