What I do
I am an Early Childhood Instructional Coach at the Marsico Institute for Early Learning. I am currently working as a part of the EPIC Project team, supporting Florida teachers with curriculum implementation, classroom observations, and child assessments.
Professional Biography
Tia Harold is an accomplished educator with a decade of experience across multiple roles in the field of education. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to student success, teaching fourth and fifth grade mathematics, serving as a math interventionist, and working as an instructional coach to support teachers and foster academic growth. Tia holds a BS in Elementary Education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a MS in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida State University. She is currently pursuing her EdD in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami, where she explores advanced topics in instructional design, adult learning theories, and applied learning studies, with a focus on enhancing educational practices and improving outcomes for both students and educators.
