Professional Biography
Dr. Susan Korach is Associate Professor Emerita in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the Morgridge College of Education, University of Denver. She received her EdD from the University of Houston and co-created the Ritchie Program for School Leaders in partnership with Denver Public Schools. Her scholarship and professional work have focused on leadership preparation, university–district partnerships, principal preparation, equitable practices for systems change, and school improvement. She has also contributed to national conversations on educational leadership preparation and the evaluation of leadership programs.
