Angela J. Van Polen

Angie serves as a Senior Project Manager at the Marsico Institute for Early Learning and contributes as a staff member to two technical assistance centers: the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations and the Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center. She brings over 10 years of experience providing technical assistance to state leadership teams, with more than 25 years in the field of education. This extensive background has cultivated a strong understanding of how to effectively integrate high-quality and evidence-informed practices within classroom, program, and state-level systems. Angie is particularly passionate about early childhood systems and utilizes implementation science to guide cross-sector teams with planning, implementation and data-informed decisions.
