The Ignite Teacher Education Program offers a unique, alternative licensure-only pathway for individuals who already hold a bachelor’s degree and are working or newly hired in a full-time K-12 teaching role at a Colorado public school.
This innovative, non-degree program allows you to earn your initial teaching license while receiving a salary. With 40 flexible credits, you can begin in the summer, fall, or winter quarter. Depending on your schedule and goals, you can complete your coursework in either one or two years.

Whether you're just starting out or transitioning into education, Ignite is designed to support your journey and amplify your impact.
