Partners

We're partnered with a variety of school districts, boards of education, local governments and more on projects designed to support educators and improve educational outcomes. Our partners are essential to the work we do, and allow us to develop projects with expansive reach. In turn, we ensure the projects we're partnered on have a powerful, positive impact on the communities we work with.

Urban Teacher Fellowship

An innovative one-year program made possible by the partnership between Morgridge and Denver Public Schools, the Urban Teacher Fellowship is designed to support future teachers and provide them with the resources and experiences necessary to ensure that all children have access to highly-trained educators.

Ritchie Program for School Leaders

The Ritchie Program for School Leaders, part of the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program, involves partnerships with Denver Public Schools, Jefferson County School District and Adams County District 12. This program immerses students in graduate-level coursework and project-based learning that prepares them to meet challenges within complex systems.

San Luis Valley

We're working with a collaborative of substance use prevention and youth development experts from Costilla, Conejos, Alamosa, Rio Grande and Saguache counties to develop a community-driven and evidence-based substance use prevention strategic action plan for schools and/or out-of-school time programs.

Behavioral Health Solutions for Rural Schools (BHSRS)

Our Center for Rural School Health and Education (CRSHE) has established partnerships with the Southeast Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), the Santa Fe Trail BOCES and the Colorado Rural Education Collaborative (CREC) to build and sustain a rural school mental health workforce — one that can simultaneously meet the mental health needs of rural students and alleviate some of the pressures that classroom teachers face in trying to meet these students’ emotional needs.
