Assess, Identify, Make it happen (AIM)

Our strategic planning process, AIM (Assess. Identify. Make it happen), has been facilitated in over 40 school districts and has resulted in the implementation of over 2,000 evidence-based practices and sub-practices shown to promote health in schools. Through AIM, a facilitator guides a local task force of community stakeholders through the process of Assessing current practices in their school/community, Identifying which practices they would like to put in place, and Making it happen through action planning and intentional implementation.
