Hydrogen Heroes
Hydrogen heroes! Middle school students pushed boundaries during the fuel cell automotive challenge at Ricks Center for Gifted Children. These innovators designed, built, and tested their very own hydrogen fuel cell cars that converted the energy in water to electricity (without creating any pollution). They learned so much along the way with Mr. Duncan's guidance and in consultation with experts from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, CO. Stay tuned for next year's challenge in the spring.
