Nicole Holland comes to the Morgridge College of Education with a Bachelors in Psychology and History from Gustavus Adolphus College as well as a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Policy Development from the University of Minnesota. Nicole was previously a member of the Institutional Research and Assessment team at Walden University for almost 12 years, serving as the Associate Director/Director of Institutional Research for the last 5 years. During her tenure at Walden, Nicole coordinated federal and state compliance reporting, supported the data needs of regional and professional accreditation efforts, and managed various internal data reports used in decision making. For the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver, Nicole’s role is to support the College’s professional accreditation efforts, student learning assessment, and other institutional research needs. When not pouring over an Excel spreadsheet, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends (two cats included!), trying out new restaurants and new recipes at home, and attempting to develop her green thumb through gardening.
